Welcome to Narakim. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Narakim's Agentic Automation Platform.

1. Terms of Service

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Narakim if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Unless otherwise stated, Narakim and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Narakim. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Narakim for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Narakim without proper authorization.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Narakim.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Narakim.

1.2 Bot Operations

You are solely responsible for the actions performed by the bots orchestrated via Narakim. Any actions that violate the terms of service of connected third-party platforms (such as Discord or Slack) may result in immediate suspension of your Narakim account.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us.

2.1 Information We Collect

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so—for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better. We collect information in three ways: if and when you provide information to us, automatically through operating our Services, and from outside sources.

2.2 Security

We use AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive secrets (API keys, Tokens) stored within our database. While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
